iViral lets users share YouTube video links, watch videos, and earn or assign credits. To provide these features, we use Firebase for accounts and app data, YouTube API services for video details, and Google AdMob for rewarded ads.
We do not sell your personal information. We use your information to run the app, secure accounts, calculate credits, show relevant app content, prevent misuse, and comply with legal or platform requirements.

Account information
- Email address.
- Display name or username.
- Password authentication data handled by Firebase Authentication.

App activity and content
- YouTube video URLs that you add or share to iViral.
- Video title, YouTube video ID, category, and detected duration.
- Assigned credits, remaining credits, earned credits, and watch status.

Device, advertising, and diagnostic information
- Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect advertising identifiers, device information, ad interaction data, approximate location, and diagnostics according to Google's policies.
- Firebase and related services may process technical information needed for authentication, database access, security, and app reliability.
How We Use Information
- Create, verify, and secure user accounts.
- Allow users to add, categorize, edit, and delete shared YouTube videos.
- Fetch YouTube video title and duration so credits can be calculated fairly.
- Calculate credits, watch completion, video availability, and reward balances.
- Show rewarded ads and apply ad reward cooldowns.
- Prevent duplicate rewards, self-views, abuse, fraud, or misuse of credits.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and account deletion.
- Comply with applicable laws, platform requirements, and safety obligations.
Third-Party Services
iViral uses third-party services that may process data independently.
- Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore: used for sign-in, email verification, user profiles, video records, credits, watch history, and app data storage.
- YouTube API Services: used to fetch video metadata, such as video title and duration, from YouTube links added by users. Your use of YouTube content may also be subject to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads: used to show rewarded ads. Google may collect and use advertising identifiers and ad-related data to provide, measure, and improve ads.

Advertising
iViral may show rewarded ads. If you choose to watch a rewarded ad, the app may grant a credit after the ad provider confirms that the reward requirements were met.
AdMob may use device identifiers and advertising data to deliver and measure ads. You can manage ad personalization through your Google settings or device privacy settings where available.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share or process data with service providers only as needed to operate iViral, including Firebase, YouTube API Services, Google AdMob, hosting providers, and analytics or diagnostic services if added in the future.
We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our rights, to protect users, or to investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues.
Data Retention
We keep account and app data for as long as needed to provide iViral, maintain credit records, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your profile, credits, videos you added, and watch records unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or platform obligations.
Account Deletion and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and related data from inside the iViral app through the Dashboard account deletion option.
You may also request deletion by contacting us at support@iviral.site. Please use the email address associated with your iViral account so we can verify the request.
We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period. Some limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.
Your Choices and Rights
- You can edit or delete videos you added from your Dashboard.
- You can delete your account from inside the app.
- You can request password reset through Firebase Authentication.
- You can manage ad personalization through Google or device settings.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
Children
iViral is not intended for children under 13 and is not designed as a child-directed app. Users should only use iViral if they are old enough to use online account, advertising, and YouTube-related services in their location.
Security
We use Firebase security rules, authentication, and reasonable technical safeguards to protect app data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
International Processing
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than where you live, including locations where Firebase, Google, or other service providers operate infrastructure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice in the app or through other reasonable means.
