iViral Data Deletion Request

Before You Submit

If you can still access your iViral account, the fastest way to delete your data is inside the app: open Dashboard, choose Delete account, confirm your password, and type DELETE. This normally removes your profile, credits, shared videos, and watch history.

This form is provided for users who cannot access the app, have already deleted their account and want an additional scrub request, or want us to manually verify that remaining associated records are removed.

What We Delete

After a verified request, we will delete or scrub records associated with your iViral account, including:

Your iViral user profile and account-related Firestore records.
Your email address and display name stored in iViral app data.
Your shared YouTube video records in iViral.
Your app credit balance, assigned credits, and watch reward history.
Related user activity records that can reasonably be linked to your account.

Verification and Timing

For security, we may ask you to verify that you control the email address connected to the iViral account before deleting or disclosing any records.

We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period. Some limited information may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or dispute resolution.

Do Not Send Passwords

Never include your iViral password, Google password, or any other password in this form or email. We do not need your password to process a data deletion request.
